• Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect standard usage data including app interactions, device type, operating system version, and general usage patterns.
• Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash data, stack traces, device model, and operating system version to improve app stability.

2.3 Optional Cloud Storage

If you choose to use our optional cloud sharing feature:

• You must authenticate using your phone number through Firebase Authentication
• PDF reports you upload are temporarily stored on Firebase Storage
• These files are automatically deleted after 15 days

• Providing and maintaining the App's functionality

Cloud Storage: If you opt to use cloud sharing, your PDF files are encrypted and stored temporarily on Google Firebase Storage servers with industry-standard security measures.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service Providers:
  • Google Firebase (for analytics, crash reporting, and optional storage)
  • RevenueCat (for subscription management)
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Store (for app distribution and payments)
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access and Control

• You can view and modify your local data directly within the App
• You can delete your local data at any time through the App
• You can request deletion of cloud-stored files before the 15-day auto-deletion

6.2 Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:

• Camera: To capture photos of snags
• Photo Gallery: To select existing photos

You can manage these permissions through your device settings. Additional permissions may be requested in future updates to enhance functionality.
